S’mores brownies! Made easy with Tuck-ins, The Inside Out S’more, aka coolest thing ever. This brownie base is dairy free + refined sugar free. Are you team fudge or cakey brownies?!??
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup dairy free green style yogurt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Original S’more Tuck-ins cut into pieces
Set oven to 350 F
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Whisk together your flours, baking powder, cocoa and sugar- set aside. In a separate bowl whisk together your eggs, yogurt, oil until smooth. Add in your dry ingredients and mix until combined. (Do not over mix it will make for cake-y brownies!)
Add half of your brownie batter into the prepared pan. Add half chocolate chips & your chopped tuck-ins! Add remaining batter on top and cover with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean!
Mine were done right at 27 min.
Store in an airtight container!
