Vegan Chia Pudding

If you are looking for a healthier treat this Spring, this recipe is perfect for you! It only takes a few minutes and tastes delicious!

What You Need:

1 cup of milk of choice

¼ cup of chia seeds

¼ tsp. of vanilla or almond extract

Sweetener of choice, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

The pudding will be thick and have texture from the chia seeds. If you want a smoother texture, put the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, then refrigerate.

This makes about 2 servings – and can be multiplied to make larger batches.
