Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Valentine's Day is this weekend! If you did not get a chance to buy anything for your loved ones, do not worry! This dessert is unbelievably easy to make and is a delicious treat to share, or keep all to yourself. Serve plain, or with whatever toppings you wish!

What You Need:

3 Tbs. of cornstarch

2 Tbs. of water

1 ½ cup of non-dairy milk

½ tsp. of vanilla extract

¼ cup of sugar

¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

Mix the cornstarch with water. Pour into a saucepan

Add all the other ingredients.

Heat and stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens.

Remove from heat to cool for a few minutes. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding to prevent a “skin” from forming.

Chill in the refrigerator.

Serves: 2 (This recipe can be increased/multiplied as you wish)
