How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship our Tuck-ins through UPS and orders take about 4-6 business days to ship and then 1-5 business days to be delivered. If you would like expedited shipping, send us an email at Orders@Tuck-ins.com!
Where can Tuck-ins be shipped?
Through our website, we ship to the United States and most of Canada. For shipments to Canada, duties and import taxes might be charged upon delivery.
For shipping to other areas, send us an email at Orders@Tuck-ins.com with your address, we can get you a quote on shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes!
We also offer local pick up in Havertown, Pennsylvania as an option when checking out!
What is the shelf life of Tuck-ins?
Tuck-ins are best enjoyed right away from when you get them! If you don’t plan to eat them right away, they last 2 weeks sitting out or you can freeze them for up to 14 weeks! All you need to do is let them thaw for an hour at room temperature before you enjoy. Look out for a sheet in your delivery with a date to eat or freeze by!
How long are the Tuck-ins sticks?
The sticks on the Tuck-ins are about 12 inches long and all orders come with Extender Pieces which provide an additional 12 inches for safer roasting.
Are there discounts for large orders?
Yes! Orders over 250 units are eligible for bulk discounts. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us via the below form! Also, check out our Events page here!
How do I order custom labels for my order?
Orders over 100 units are eligible for custom front labels. Fill out the form on our Events page here and a Tuck-ins Team Member will get back to you!
What is your return policy?
Since Tuck-ins are a food item, we do not accept returns, however, if an order is damaged or incorrect, we would be more than happy to refund the purchase and/or resend the items.
Do any of the products contain tree nuts or peanuts?
All the flavors are made in the same facility as tree nuts and our Peanut Butter flavor is made on shared equipment with our other products. See Nutrition Facts Here!
How can I roast my Tuck-ins?
Tuck-ins can be roasted over a firepit, gas or electric stove, or a roasting bowl like a TerraFlame. With clean and smoke free burning, TerraFlame Fire Bowls are perfect for having a fire indoors or outdoors! Check out TerraFlame Fire Bowls here!
